Corners first
Corners Only
Aa, Ab and E. Learn to spot the pair of matching headlights before you decide which one it is.
The seven algorithms of 2-look PLL first — corners, then edges — and then the rest in the order they are worth learning: adjacent swaps, diagonal swaps, G perms last. PLL is where a twenty-second solver finds the easiest seconds.
For you, today, 2-look PLL, then the whole set is 77 reps over about 15 minutes, covering 14 cases across PLL.
Corners Only
Aa, Ab and E. Learn to spot the pair of matching headlights before you decide which one it is.
Edges Only
Ua, Ub, H and Z — the four shortest algorithms in PLL.
Rest for 60 seconds
Adjacent Corner Swap
Three at a time, weakest first. T and the two J perms come up constantly; get those before you touch F.
Diagonal Corner Swap
No headlights anywhere: that is how you recognise them.
G Permutations
Two per session, never four. These are the ones that fall apart under pressure, and telling them apart is harder than executing them.
