The blocks, the reps, the case selection and the description. An imported plan always becomes yours — it can be edited and deleted, it never overwrites a built-in plan, and nothing in the file can touch your recorded times or scores.
Anything the file gets wrong is reported above and nothing is saved. Every plan on the plans page can produce one of these with its Export button.
